We’re here in South Dakota and we’ll be staying for 3 days.  We arrived here at 2 am and I’m so tired.  I don’t have much sleep because Rachel was been fussy for the whole trip.  I think because she’s bored sitting in her carseat and wondering why Dada takes so long to drive.  This is her first trip so we understand if she’s bored with a long trip.  But after we checked into our room, she slept pretty good but not me.
 
We have been pretty busy the whole day.  We visited a place called Storyland Island.  It was a good visit because Rachel was having fun meeting Tiger and Pooh.  At first when she first saw them, she didn’t know that it’s Pooh.  But, after a minute of staring at them, she finally realized that it’s her favorite tiger and pooh.  Storyland is a great place to visit here in South Dakota especially if you have a kid.  I know it’s too young for Rachel to visit this place, but, I think she’s having fun.  Also this place has been around for 50 years now.  I’m not sure, but I think they have the most famous characters here like Cinderella, The Wizard of  Oz cast, Tiger and Pooh (which is Rachel’s addicted cartoon movie) Hunchback of Notredam, little mermaid, Barnie, mickey mouse and there’s a lot more.  I just could not remember them.

After an hour of strolling in Storyland, we decided to eat because its past 12 noon and I’m getting hungry.  We ate at Mexican restaurant.  I really don’t like eating mexican, but it’s hubby’s choice.  Since I’m hungry, I don’t have time to pick the restaurant I like.  But it’s a good lunch, I had beef soft taco and rice on the side with beans.

While eating we talked about going to Badlands.  I asked him why it is called Badlands? My hubby said because people long time ago was having a hard time finding a food here.  It was hot and very windy.  The place was a very nice for tourist spot.  We stopped at a lot of good viewing spots.  Then, afterwards, we went to Wall Drug.  It’s one of the most famous drug stores in the America.  Stroll there for an hour and bought some souvenirs in one of there stores.

Right now, hubby is taking his nap because he’s so tired.  We’re planning to eat our dinner tonight at a steak buffet here close to where we stay.

I’m really tired and not have enough sleep.   So, I will try to download all the pictures together and post it here as soon as I can.

Just a short note for tonight .  Were just finishing watching Obama speech for his presidential
nomination.  I hardly understand what he said because my hubby keeps interrupting.  While my hubby
interrupting what Obama said, he just sound so funny.   It’s obvious that he doesn’t Obama.  I don’t really care about politics.  But my hubby always updated with everything especialy politics.  I really wanna go to downtown because of the democratic national convention.   But nobody will watch Rachel

That’s all for tonight .  I need to go now.  It’s pretty late here and its Rachel’s  bed time.

I had fun last night visiting my friends.  After we had dinner, we decided to go to the mall. We had to hurry because we only had 2 hours to shop.  We really enjoyed ourselves and the store we went to was an outdoor mall.  They had a pretty good sale and I ended up buying some nice stuff.  Tonight, I will ask hubby to drop me there and so I can shop some more because they have some pretty stylish  clothes on sale.  So, I was hoping my hubby will take me to the mall tonight.  I’m crossing my fingers right now he can take me.

I just finish bathing Rachel and my gosh, its very hard. Because she keeps moving. Me and hubby are always shower her, not just me alone but I need to shower her before my friends come over or get here. My friends will pick me up this afternoon and visit our other friend that is pregnant. Maybe then we can go somewhere else. I heard that one of my friends gonna treat us something to eat. Is that sounds good to you?? But anyway, I need to do something here in the house, before I leave. So when hubby gets home, the house looks nice. I told my hubby I don’t know what time will I get home.

I’m just taking it easy today. Play with Rachel and watch her roll and roll in the floor. She had rug burns from crawling. I guess I will just have to put a cream on her knees before it gets worst. Speaking of cream, I love this aveeno for eczema. It seems working on Rachel’s skin. I’m tired of using this greasy called aquaphor. Dont get me wrong, aquaphor is good but its just so greasy. But anyway, it’s lunch time here, I guess I will get something to eat before it’s too late. And maybe after lunch, I will look for a good movie to watch, while Rachel is taking her nap. If I can’t find any good movie, I will just play poker. Hopefully, i’ll win some money.

Im so pissed off right now. I try to download the pictures as I promise but it didn’t work right. I’m pretty sure because of our desktop here. This desktop really needs to go to goodwill but hubby dont agree with me. I guess, I will do it myself. But anyway, I need to go now, because its Rache’s bedtime and I need to sleep early. Early morning tomorrow, were going to Mt. Evans. I’m very excited because it’s the highest paveroad in the world.

Today is a very special day. Our daughter Rachel just turned 9 months old. Time goes so fast. I
remember those days that when shes very little, now she’s trying to crawl and roll over and over and over.

But anyway. we went out and eat dinner at P.f Chang. It’s very popular chinese restaurant here in Denver. When we get there, we had a thirty minute wait to be seated. But it’s worth the wait because the food was very good. I ordered calamari for appetizer and mongolian beef for my entree. Hubby had sweet and sour while Rachel had her own favorite cookie teether. I don’t eat my mongolian beef because I’m already full of calamari. Hubby wants to order dessert but I can’t any more, I dont have any room. I took home my mongolian beef.

In our way home, we stop at the store and bought a gift for tomorrow’s party. Opps, I need to go now. Rachel needs me and hubby was busy of doing something. It’s her sleeping time and I don’t have time to download the pictures again. I will try my best to post it here tomorrow.
