We just got home from dinner with my folks and trick or treating at the mall with Rachel.  It was fun and a busy day for us.  My friends picked me up here around noon and we went to the mall, had lunch.  Then, we stroll and window shopping.  I bought some good clothes on sale, pretty good price.  We strolled for hours.  Then, later this afternoon, my in laws wanted to take us out and eat, we went to TGIF and had a great dinner.  I had pork chops, hubby ordered macaroni and cheese with steak.  Both of my in laws had burgers while Rachel had her favorite snack Cheerios.  Then, we decided to walk in the mall and trick or treat.  My in laws bought Rachel her very first walking shoes.  They keep saying, let us buy Rachel her first shoes so, we went to Stride Rite, which is very good but expensive shoes.  Hubby and I were so happy and so was Rachel. I will probably go to bed early tonight because I’m so tired and its been a very busy day for us.

It’s been months now since she watch Tiger and pooh and honestly, this cartoon was been a savior for me.  Now I tried to change it to Mickey Mouse’s Clubhouse and she seems to like it.  To my surprise, she even dance every time she hears Mickey Mouse singing.  It’s really fun to see her reacts when she’s watching other than tiger and pooh.  Sometimes she waves to the characters and other times she starts to dance and bounce around.  Other cartoons she just stares at with amazement and curiosity.  It’s fun to watch her do different things and mimic what she sees around her.  She can now stand up and walk sideways around our table in our family room.  Also, she has learned to be careful, because she knows if she falls she could hurt herself.  We are hoping by the holidays she can walk totally on her own.

I don’t know but i feel so bored today.  It was so nice outside this afternoon and I was planning to go out and stroll in the mall, but i got too tired to go.  I tried to find a good movie to watch, unfortunately i couldn’t find anything that looked interesting to me.  It was really a boring day for me.  hubby was still working on the computer and hopefully tonight we can see progress.  But anyway, we just had our dinner and I will probably to go bed early tonight because I’m so tired and Rachel didn’t take a nap this afternoon.

We slept so good last night and woke up later than normal.  I love the weekend because hubby is home and he can help me with Rachel.  It’s pretty cool that Rachel is learning to walk, pulling herself up using the coffee table.  Sometimes she will walk sideways holding on to the table and she laughs because she thinks it’s so cool. This morning we gave her a new kiddie car and she just loves it.  We try to put a helmet on her to protect her head, but she doesn’t like it.  Right now, she’s sleeping so good in her bedroom while me and hubby are watching Sunday NFL Football.  It’s a pretty good game and while were watching my in-laws called they invited us to eat dinner at their house tonight.  I just hope they have rice, but not big deal if they don’t.

Hubby and I love to watch movies almost every night.  Right now, our cable company has the entire collection of James bond movies. So, I’m excited because from now on, we will watch all these James bond movies until we have seen them all. I made corn chowder for dinner tonight with garlic bread.  I like making it because it doesn’t take too many ingredients and it’s pretty easy to make.  Also, hubby loves eating it for lunch or dinner, especially in this cold weather.  I cooked a double batch and put some in the freezer.  I just thaw them every time i want to cook some.

Today Rachel turn 11 months old.  Were planning to go out and eat but the weather was so nasty. It’s cold and windy. I don’t feel like going out tonight.  So, I just made a barbecue dinner for us and I bake some brownies for Rachel’s 11 months.  Hubby loves my pork barbecue  and he will eat my brownies later tonight for dessert.  He so full that he cant hardly eat my brownies.  Time goes so fast and our daughter Rachel is getting big, pretty and smart.  Right now, shes watching her favorite tiger and pooh.  They have new episode and Rachel just loving them everyday.  I will probably go to bed early tonight because I’m really tired after a busy day.

I called hubby this morning and told him that we need to go to Party City tonight when he gets home. I really need to buy an invitation cards for Rachel’s birthday party. I’m really excited for our daughter’s first birthday. I’m planning to have pig roast, hubby is not really excited about it because it’s pretty pricey, with the economy nowadays it’s not wise to spend money you don’t have to. But, I already decided that i will have one. I want it to be very special for her first birthday party. Lots of balloons with Pooh’s face on it. Rachel’s party will be a pooh theme, because she’s a pooh girl. She started watching pooh when shes two and a half months and until now and she still loves it. she will not watch any Disney cartoon except pooh. I tried to change it to mickey mouse, but she doesn’t watch, instead she cries.

Hubby and I were watching Sunday Night Football and car racing.  I got confused which one to watch because hubby keeps changing channels to football to car racing.  So, I decided to take a walk with Rachel since the weather is so nice outside.  Later this afternoon, we gonna go to the store and get some stuff here in the house. Hubby said we will watch a good movie tonight, he don’t tell the title of the movie yet, its a surprise.  I just hope it’s a good one.

I been very busy today.  Cleaning the house and doing some laundry while hubby and Rachel was playing.  Then, later in the afternoon, we went walking with Rachel because the weather today was so nice.  Then, we stopped at the park and watched some kids play, Rachel loves watching kids play.  I told her, when you get old, you can play with them.  But anyway, we visited my in laws and had a great dinner.  I am so full right now, I think I ate too much at dinner.

I’m so bummed out today because our dvr is not working properly. All our saved movies is gone. Hubby is trying to call the cable company but they cant come out to fix it until Saturday. So, hopefully this coming Saturday, they can fix it or else, I’m gonna be upset. Also, I’m hoping they can restore our saved movies. I have lots of movies that I recorded on dvr over the last couple of months. I will probably go to sleep early tonight since , I can’t watch any of our save movies. Also, it’s Rachel’s bed time.
