I’m one of those people that doesn’t feel very comfortable talking about sex with anyone. I was reminded of this the other day when I was chatting with one of my friends on the phone and she asked me a question about it. At first, I was so embarrassed, I acted like I didn’t hear her question hoping she wouldn’t ask it a second time. Well, of course she asked me the same question again. So, I told her that I didn’t feel very comfortable talking about that kind of stuff. But then, I also told her because I was curious about some things and afraid to ask anyone, I did some searching to find my answers on the internet. I just had my dinner and I’m so full right now.  I cooked some pork vegetable soup tonight.  It was so good and tasty.  My hubby doesn’t like to eat pork so I need to fix him something after this.  I don’t know what to serve him for dinner but I will check the freezer.   Maybe TV dinner will be fine.

Last night on American Idol was the most solid week of performances for the contestants by far this season. They all did about as good as you could expect them to do with the older theme using the songs from the Rat Pack era. It seems now that the eliminations won’t be based as much on each week’s performances compared to how many fans the contestants have attracted to each of them over the season. I would guess that next week Kris is most likely to be eliminated. I think the other contestants probably have more fans and it’s too late to have people change who their favorite is to win.

Sometimes friends or family try to give me advice on things going on in my life. But, they don’t always know the whole situation and therefore their advice is misguided. I appreciate that they are only trying to help and they think they are doing a good thing. However, just because they couldn’t fix their problems in their past doesn’t mean I can’t fix mine. I think in the future maybe I should not tell some people what’s going on in my life because they seem to pass judgement on me or someone else
that is not fair.

Well, the weather forecasters finally predicted a snowstorm accurately. Most of the time this winter and spring they have said it will snow a little and we get a lot or vice versa. For the snowstorm we had this weekend, they predicted 2-3 feet of snow in the Denver area and by golly they were right on the money. It started snowing late last night and it didn’t stop until after dinner tonight. We decided to take Rachel sledding on a small hill close to where we live. She had such a great time playing in the snow and riding in the sled with me and my hubby. We had to take her back inside after about 20 minutes because it was getting windy. Once we got her inside, she would walk to the front door and cry because she wanted to go outside again. It’s good to know she likes the snow and the cold doesn’t seem to bother her.

My hubby is putting Rachel to her bed while I’m chatting with my family back in the Philippines. It’s been an hour now but I still hear laughter in the other room. It’s past her bedtime already and she’s still awake. But anyway, it’s been raining the whole day today. I just stay at home and paly with Rachel. I heard from my hubby that tomorrow will be snowy and cold. So, we went to the store and grab some food for the weekend.
